All finished garments undergo meticulous thread control checks before packaging. Inspectors examine every seam, hem, and stitching line under calibrated lighting to identify any stray threads or imperfect trimming.

Key focus areas include:

  • Seam intersections and stress points where threads commonly protrude

  • Interior stitching along linings and concealed seams

  • Embroidered logos where backing threads may require secondary trimming

  • Elastic openings (necklines, cuffs) where thread tension affects finish quality

Any observed threads exceeding 2mm in length are precisely trimmed using angled scissors. Garments requiring multiple corrections are flagged for production team feedback. This process ensures a clean, professional appearance that meets brand standards for visible and hidden details alike.
