All raw edges and corners are scrutinized for stray threads or fraying, with any imperfections trimmed immediately. Seam allowances must lie flat without bubbling, and reinforced areas like armholes or hems require double-checking for durability.
After pressing, garments get a final spot-check under bright lights to catch any missed flaws. Only items passing all checks get packaged, ensuring athletes receive gear that looks sharp and performs reliably.
