All reflective components on performance wear undergo careful inspection to ensure secure attachment and optimal functionality. Each reflective strip and detail is examined for complete adhesion to the garment surface, with particular attention to edges and seam intersections where lifting may occur.
The inspection process includes running durability tests on reflective elements to confirm they remain firmly in place during movement and stretch. Inspectors verify that no bubbling, wrinkling, or peeling is present across the entire reflective surface. Additionally, the reflectivity is checked under appropriate lighting conditions to guarantee the safety feature performs as intended.
Any garments showing compromised reflective elements, whether in adhesion or performance, are removed from production. This careful oversight ensures that the safety and quality of every piece meets the standards that athletes rely on.
Note: Reflective elements are also checked after simulated wash cycles to confirm longevity.
